terrorist escapes from detention barracks .

and its just opposite my school . 

let me show you how important it is to read the newspapers in the morning .

this morning when i woke up , i saw the headlines :

terrorist escapes form detention barracks.

and i didn't read the details , so i went to school .

the school was loaded with army tanks and soldiers with guns and all .

army guys with loaded guns and sharp eyes and an armored tank in school .

mummy : wow , your school's welcoming ceremony is so grand !

me : no , it can't be .

mummy : maybe some big shot is here .

me : is it the priest ?

- during welcoming ceremony -

(in the midst of a prayer)

J2 guy : what if we hear a sudden gun shot ?

J2 girl : shut up la .

J2 guy : what if during PE we see the OPA get blown up ?

J2 girl : we'll get blown up too , we're just next door idiot ! -.-

- after welcoming ceremony -

guanling whips out her phone after hearing immense gossips .

mummy : please stay in groups and do not walk around alone okay ? 

there is a terrorist on the loose and its near your school. 

the guards are not for a big shot ! i will fetch you from school today .

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA ! my mummy is SO adorable ! :)

and guess what ? joanne's mum said the EXACT same thing !

today was so happening man ! 

brother paul's house got searched last night and the whole perimeter of CJ had guards .

its kinda cool , i feel so protected . :)

went out with xuan today ! i laughed my ass off man !

hahahaha , we talk about anything under the sun .

from cute panties and bras to hot guys and the hippest city in China .

we pigged out BIG time man .

we had alot of delicious food like whoa !

went to Far East to shop . and i bought a watch for mummy . :))

HAPPY LUNAR NEW YEAR EVERYONE ! :)

i love love love family gatherings , that's why i heart every 2nd day of the lunar new year ! 

its when all my 12 grandaunts and granduncles, coupled with their children, grandchildren and my uncles's friends come over to visit ! 

every cny , everyone comes over on the 2nd day for a sure meal of kaim chye and pig trotters .

its become sort of a tradition for everyone related to my family . hahahaha .

and guanling becomes a 24 hour waitress and talking machine .

its one hell of a feast i tell you .

i can hardly salvage time to sit on a chair and keep it warm before i have to go around serving drinks and food and talking to relatives .

as expected , "so how was your O levels" was favourite auestion of the year !

i was tired as anything after the whole event .

BUT , i enjoyed every part of it .

i wanted to take pics with all my little cousins , but i forgot . :(

sometimes when you slog hard to arrange things for others , the work is not appreciated .

and then you start to think whether all you've done is worth it ,

and some people don't bother looking from another perspective .
