anw , i have to reach cjc at 7.35 am !

omfg , it means i have to wake up at an unearthly hour everyday .

oh no , i'm pigging out these few days . :(

i just ate a BIG bowl of sinful laksa this morning and ate my boyfriend's ice cream .

anyhow , i woke up early to do errands with mummy .

then we went to town and where ever i looked , i got an eyesore .

(not saying that yours truly dresses very well , but ..)

i saw unnecessary usage of tights , and SO MANY people trying to 'act-jap'.

for the love of god people , bang your head against the wall .

you ain't jap , you're 100% chinese !

damn it . embrace your culture , if not , don't adopt another .

don't ask me why , but i'm totally against cosplay and all that shit .

and don't wear knee length socks unnecessarily , its singapore for god's sake !

recently , the US  election has got me all interested .

there are 2 senators who , if they become president , will make history .

firstly , there is senator Hillary Clinton , the wife of former president Bill Clinton .

if she becomes president , she will be the first female president in the US .

next , senator Barack Obama .

if he becomes president , he will be the first black American president .

senator Barack Obama has Oprah Winfrey on his side , campaigning for him .

according to polls , 90% of the public think that having a celebrity in his side will not influence the votes .

seriously , i think it will .

i mean , Oprah has a huge influence on women all over the world . 

many young girls look up to her for advice and she's an idol to many .

so how can she not influence their votes ?

i think i would vote for senator Hillary Clinton if i were an American .

i like that she stands up for woman rights and stuff .

she's also addressing the issue of global warming , which is extremely important .

and she's an extremely strong woman , having suffered in her marriage and all that .

i'm not into politics and all that but i do like to read about the campaigns . 

haha , its really interesting and a little cheesy reading about what people are willing to do for the country . 

it's kind of like how i like to watch the NDP .

hahaha , i miss my sunny island .

i'm back and yes , at an unearthly hour . 

i arrived like 5am in the morning .

but , yay , no more thick jackets and cold hands and slapping and lip balm !

i can wear just about anything i want to !

anyhow , i'm not suffering from jet-lag YET , but i will try to function throughout the day .

oh , and i'm back with two friends , they are flu and cough . say hi !

i went to LA with one luggage and came back with one and a half . =)

oh , in case you want to know just how ginormous US is , let me describe it .

i stayed in anaheim , which is part of the OC , which is part of LA , which is part of california .

its really really huge . disneyland is like the whole of hougang , to me .

but the rides are freaking cool ! LOVE it !

i still can't get over the excitement that i'm back !

can't wait to see everyone ! i'll give everyone a hug !

oh , and give me about 4 days to rest okay ?

i'll try to plan an 'excursion' to the zoo on the 20th !
