i chopped of my locks today ! :)

hahaha , apparently i look like a mix between posh spice and rihanna now . zomg .

i kinda like it bcos i feel lighter and look more youthful .

auntie agnes said a look good in a bob bcos it brngs out my features . i don't see anything , really .

hahaha . and my old hairstyle made me seem more mature and have lots of sex appeal .

okay , at least i know i had sex appeal . hahaha . i don't need that noe though .

O level's 2007 results released on the 24th January 2008 .

i was trembling like mad the moment i set foot on in Holy High .

oh my word , i was shaking like a leaf man .

i went to get my cheques and stuff then went to the canteen to meet gf .

i saw so many people with unruly hair and chameleon shades !

i miss my WHOLE cohort alot . 

i had to really restraint myself from staring too hard or hugging some people i wasn't close to .

and i screamed when i saw sherlene , i gave her the tightest hug of all !

i'm sure i'm pretty flat right now . hahahaha .

then gave jasmine her hug and caiyi her hug and evon and many others .

 sat down with marc , chem partner and yang to continue trembling .

next , it was up to the hall .

it really seemed only yesterday when i was sitting where meng teck was sitting in 2006 , watching amy's batch collect their results . 

it was so darn scary , jamie pointed that exact same spot out too !

then we were ordered to sit down (as usual) , in REGISTER NUMBERS !

zomg , so juvenile ! hahaha . 

as soon as i saw Miss Tan B.C's face , i started tearing .

yes , she has the perfect ability to reduce me to tears .

(i dreamt of her shaking her head at me when i got my results!)

then anba took over the mike and spoke , as usual , me and gf jumped at his voice .

he always takes us by surprise , and not in a good way .

so the new principal (so terribly skinny!) spoke and kept the speech short (thank you).

after all the presentations and collection of newspapers(OMG) , we finally got our results .

i went up and miss tan said : very good , all A's , no B's . congratulations .

i freaked out ! bcos that went the same for my prelims .

then i took those delicate sheets of paper and went straight to the comfort of Miss Quan .

i was shaking so badly when i got the results ! 

i got A1 for my chinese after re-taking ! YAY !

i thank Li Lao Shi like hell man , she's the best teacher ever !

she was the ONLY teacher who believed in me and gf . :)

she encouraged us to re-take , since it was no harm trying .

she believed i could do it . she was extremely lenient on us and very caring .

she never allowed chinese to get in the way of other subjects .

oh my gosh , I LOVE LI LAO SHI ! :)

i have proven to everyone who said i sucked at chinese and who said i was wasting my time wrong . take that suckers ! i know my roots and i'm a chinese who speaks chinese .

i not some bloody poser 'ang moh pai' . 

and i got A2 for my science ! :)

oh my fuck ! i've NEVER EVER BEVER got an A for science in my whole life ! 

this is a virgin scientific distinction man !

i texted Mr Lai and Miss Zahila to thank them for helping me so much . :)

i never thought i would take science into my r5 .

however , i'm kinda disappointed that i got a B3 for geography .

bcos i really wrote my ass off for it and i studied and memorised like hell . 

but , oh well , at least it wasn't a 4 or worse ! :)

overall , i'm absolutely , pleasantly surprised about my results .

i was praying for the life of me that i would get 15 and below .

i was anticipating a 15 or a 16 , although i did daydream about my expression if i got 10 .

hahahaha , i seriously never dreamed that i would get 11 for r5 .

even now when i look at the results slip , i feel alien toward it . 

as if it shouldn't belong to me , bcos it does seem so . i have never had marks like this , ever .

then i called mummy , who was in the car downstairs , and told her about it .

she was totally excited and so darn happy , i could hear it in her voice .

i cried like mad when i heard her voice bcos i couldn't have done it without her .

she drove me to all my tuitions , rain or shine , and she fetches me to and from school ever since i was 3 . she was ALWAYS there for me when i had breakdowns and stuff .

she consoled me whenever i felt like shit and had problems .

she was my confidante , girlfriend , best friend and mother all in one ! :)

I LOVE MY MUMMY ! :)

i was super upset that daddy couldn't be here to share the joy .

he's now in south africa where there's no satellite connection at all . :(

but he's coming back soon ! 

after all the crying and whatnot , i went to eat lunch with my gramps and mummy ! :)

i'm such a family orientated girl , i know .

but i want to spend as much time with grandad as possible bcos of some reasons .

all in all , THANK GOD FOR EVERYONE AND EVERYTHING IN MY LIFE ! :)

thursday was the start on lectures .

homework to be done :

1) econs lecture notes to go through 

2) maths tutorial [exponential & logs]

3) GP website to visit and prepare negative impacts of being "too westernised"

4) read and research on plate tectonics for geog

oh how exciting .

anyway , i'm expecting an overwhelming week .

Monday - commencement ceremony.

Tuesday -  island creamery day.  

Wednesday - cca day till 6pm.

Thursday - IG outing. 

Friday - cca day till 7pm and chalet BBQ.

Saturday - busy morning and chalet.

Sunday - busy morning and chalet.

i shall enjoy every single moment . :)

FINALE NIGHT !

oh my ass , finale night was SO fun .

but darn tiring . hahaha .

this morning was we went to our home rooms to set 'ground rules' .

see ler is freaking funny , but not all cat high guys are that nice .

our rules are like darn cute and , of course , to our benefit .

after a bunch of other admin stuff , we went to the audi for house meeting .

oh yeah , i'm in yatta house which actually is yellow house .

yes , it is named after whatever the jap shouted in the show HEROS .

i was like , what ?

but in the end , it was kinda okay .

after house meeting , we went for lunch and mass dance !

i love mass dance ALOT .

the song itself gets me all hyped up . hahaha .

and bcos bryan is the HTC , we had to go onstage to dance . thank you uh .

he's damn funny before that , he did everything in the opp direction . hahaha .

then we played games , we got ALL wet and dirty again .

and we played a super gross games called body parts .

the facils would pick two body parts and we had to keep a ball in btwn it .

guess what was mine ?

groin to groin . hahaha , thank god i partnered xuanie .

then after that , me and xuanie got lost cos we walked way behind .

haha , a super kind facil brought us all the way up to our grp .

when he asked us which group we were from , we were like 02 . oops !

the bathing part was super funny !

bath time was full of screams and shouts and laughter .

after our super early dinner , we went for another house meeting .

then it was finale night !

yatta's entrance was SUPER grand !

our 'boss' was super boss-like . damn sart .

hahaha , then we cheered like mad .

and we won best house ! woo hoo !

DRAGON BOATING DAY !

today was super fun but kinda tiring .

we played games at kallang first , outside the national stadium .

it was kinda gross and fun .

we had to hold a spagetti between our lips , and it MUST be girl-guy .

so bryan and i went tgt , it was damn funny .

and i had to control like hell not to laugh . hahaha .

next , we had to pass a looong string of dunk through our shirts t the other end .

damn gross ! thank god we had our bras and stuff .

imagine sticky and smelly stuff on your chest , EWW !

after all our stations , it started to rain .

thank god it stopped before it was time to go back , so we dragon boated !

it was UBER fun ! :)

we didn't have enough people in our class , so some facils joined us .

it was so much fun paddling and having water war .

hahaha , all of us got wet in the end .

and the instructor who coached us was TP's coach .

yes , he knows puay boon . 

he actually thought puay boon was a girl's name . haha !

so after dragon bating , we made the bus seats wet and went back to school .

then it was home sweet home . :)

SUBJECT COMB. DAY

today , we got to know our classes .

i got into my first choice : econs , geog , lit and maths .

i love my class lots ! we bonded SO quickly . :)

it was like strangers the first sec and each other's shadows the next .

hahaha , i love 1T02 . :)

oh , and michelle leong is in the same class as i am .

and yun xuan too ! she was from paul's tuition .

now , there' 2 michelle's , one charmaine and one shermaine in class .

hahaha , it sgonna be interesting . 

CJC orientation is the bomb !

omg , its awfully fun and gross at the same time !

first day , we played ice breaking games and had mass dance .

for the second day , we played water games .

oh my ass man . 

my perky ass hurt like shit .

we had to cross from on end or a row of chairs to the other with only our butt .

and my butt hit the metal thingy . BIG ouch , there's a bruise .

but , before i could even sit . a guy from another IG group knocked me down .

hahaha , then bryan accused him of bullying girls .

and he forced him to go all the way back to the other side .

thanks bryan ! LOL .

not only was it pain , it was simply gross .

the chair had soap water , rose syrup , orange juice , smashed papayas and watermelons .

EWW ! but extremely fun . next was amazing race .

haha , darren was constantly blamed .

TODAY .

we went to the police academy for DIRRRTY games .

i tell you , its dirty literally and not .

haha , we played with mud and stepped on grass with frogs , insects and whatnots .

we had to LIE down in mud to form letters ! 

a BIG thank you to darren for letting me lie on your legs so my hair is clean . :)

we all stood in the baby pool and held hands to play blow wind blow .

and i have cuts and bruises all over my hands and legs now .

but it was all good fun . :)

sadly , today is our last day in IG's .

we're gonna split into classes next mon .

i'll miss daphne , serena , anger , darren , bryan , trini , mel and everyone !

oh my , being in CJC has been a blast .

please oh god let me stay in CJC .
